Controlling points have been implemented across the production chain to ensure our customers with accurate tracaebility.
Microbiological and physico-chemical analyses are outsourced to independent laboratory LIDAL, with accreditation N° 1-0600.
ISO-22000 accreditation of our caves is planned for year 2015 / 16.
